Mediplay is the leading ad-free waiting room patient education and marketing network.  Fully customizable and compatible with any HDTV, Mediplay makes it possible for any size clinic to deploy their own branded in-office waiting room network.  Through an online interface, users are able to create content to introduce staff, new services, and practice messages, while also educating patients using Mediplay collection of medically reviewed patient education videos.

No.  Mediplay is ad-free.  All content is user selected through our online client portal, Mediplay Connect.

Yes.  Similar to an Apple TV device, our small media player can connect to any HD compatible TV or monitor via the included HDMI cable and only requires power and a wired or wireless network connection.  Estimated installation time: 10-15 minutes.

Yes, you are able to upload videos to your own private library.  The videos can then be assigned to any or all screens in your network.

Mediplay has a library of pre-designed templates, including those that display before and after pictures. Just upload your pictures, add a short message, and click save.

You can update content at any time, via our online client portal, Mediplay Connect.  Changes take approximately 20 minutes to appear on the screen.

Yes.  The bottom area of the screen, called the Ticker, displays short text messages, each on screen for 10 seconds.  While all other areas of the screen update every 20 minutes, the Ticker checks for new messages every 30 seconds. This makes it a perfect area to update your patients if a provider is running behind.

Mediplay is designed with multi-site networks in mind.  You are able to manage any number of media players from within our online client portal, Mediplay Connect.  Content can be scheduled to all screens at once, or selected individually.  It is also possible to add additional users (at no cost) and provide each user with access to specific locations within your network. Yes.  We understand your brand identity is important.  By default, your logo will be displayed on the screen at all times. Also, as an add-on service, it’s possible to customize the pre-designed templates with your brand colors.  Contact Mediplay for more information.

Yes, in most cases, each screen will require its own subscription and set-up fee.  If you have two screens in the same general area, that you would like to display identical content, it is possible to install a video splitter (not included).
